Through Anchorpoint Global Consulting LLC, I support project cargo execution, risk mitigation, and sales system development for clients moving non-standard or sensitive freight.With over 10 years of international experience, I’ve led sales teams, built analytics and quoting systems, and executed multimodal shipments across Asia and the U.S. In my previous work in marine insurance and loss prevention, I developed SOPs, shipping lane risk assessments, and operational alerts used to manage the transport of high-risk and temperature-sensitive cargo.I also support clients in structuring and executing international freight contracts, including project cargo and high-value moves. This includes advising on routing, engaging my network of carriers and forwarders, and coordinating end-to-end delivery. When I coordinate execution directly, I work on a performance-based commission tied to successful delivery.I focus on high-impact challenges that require systems thinking, strategic planning, and real-world execution. Identified and developed a niche vertical in yacht imports from Europe to the U.S. Quoted 40+ shipments, built a pricing structure across 15 vessel types, and established client relationships for recurring project cargo. Delivered a fully documented, repeatable sales system that positioned the forwarder to scale a $1M+ revenue vertical.
Yacht Import Program — Project Cargo Sales & Vertical Development
Sent to Singapore to stabilize a struggling APAC logistics operation during a period of turnover and uncertainty. Took over all sales functions, coached junior staff, and led high-value client negotiations in a volatile market. Personally drove $100K–$200K/month in new revenue, retained key corporate accounts, and helped restore client confidence and operational performance. Operated as the de facto country manager and lead salesperson, rebuilding momentum and preparing the team for successful handoff.
APAC Market Stabilization – Emergency Sales Deployment
Conceptualized, designed, and led the multi-year development of a proprietary risk intelligence platform for a marine cargo underwriter. The system included an analytics dashboard, alert engine, documentation library, interactive mapping, weather threat tracking, and a custom loss prevention scoring matrix — built from my own criteria and data-weighting methodology. Acting as product manager, I coordinated internal teams, secured stakeholder buy-in, and integrated third-party tools into a cohesive analytics system. While I did not build the code myself, I owned the architecture, vision, and execution. The platform impacted 3,000+ insured accounts and $200M+ in GWP, and served as a strategic framework to advance company strategy, enabling big-picture visibility and proactive decision-making across high-risk global trade lanes.
Risk Intelligence Platform — Analytics System Design & Implementation
Advised on end-to-end airfreight strategy for high-value, temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products — including biologics with multi-year R&D timelines and irreplaceable integrity requirements. Developed SOPs and routing advisories, reviewed temperature stability data, validated shipper packaging, and ensured 21 CFR compliance across domestic and international shipments. Negotiated SLAs and emergency protocols with airlines, including dry ice replenishment, delay contingency planning, and escalation procedures. Supported real-time control tower monitoring and loss prevention for multimillion-dollar moves under FDA-regulated conditions.
Pharma Shipment Advisory — Cold Chain Risk Mitigation
Launched a new commercial relocation vertical by identifying an underserved market and building relationships with major property developers and corporate clients. Closed multiple office relocation projects, including high-value moves for firms like AXA and AIA, and personally managed both pre-sale and post-sale execution. The program generated over $500K in new revenue and established a repeatable service model for B2B property transition logistics. The initiative expanded the company’s client base and opened a long-term growth path in enterprise relocations.
